To add a new language for the keyboard, you need to go to the Control Panel. Click the Windows icon at the bottom left of your screen and select Control Panel => Language.
Once in the Language menu, you can see the different languages that are already installed. The display language of your virtual desktop is the one that is highest in the list. In this case, it is French (Canada).
If you want to display the English desktop, you must select English (Canada) and click on Move up. The change will apply at the next logon.
If you want to add a keyboard language, you must click Options.
On the Language Options menu, you can see the languages that are already added under Input Method.
To add a new language, click Add an input method.
You can select the language you want and click Add.
When you have finished, click on Save and close the Language Menu page (the X at the top right of the window).
Then, if you want to change the keyboard language, you can click FRA (or ENG, depending on your display language) located at the bottom right of your taskbar and you will see all Keyboard languages you have added. Simply select the one you want.
